Free Spirits of Germany (continued...)

HANS-PETER FISCHER:

Born in 1946 in Bretten, a little town in southern Germany, Hans-Peter Fischer has experienced discrimination in his home town.

In 1993, for the first time, he was forbidden to take part in the biannual art exhibition. The police department actively influenced the local governing board of the town to exclude him.
